Fiesta Bistro is an elegant, newly refurbished restaraunt in the heart of Eastbourne. The knowleageable, approachable staff and friendly atmosphere combine to create a great ambience for formal and informal dining. The lunch menu, served daily from 12 to 4pm, is mainstay of visitors and people working in the area looking for choice, quality and speedy service. In the evening Fiesta offers a wonderfully eclectic, though primarily Modern European, menu, with fine wines from around the world and a culinary aesthetic to match the expectations of both gourmets and casual diners.

When you visit Fiesta Bistro on any evening of the week including Friday or Saturday, the table we allocate to you is yours for the night. We do not operate sittings or time limits at the tables. My wife and I have experienced it and don't like it.
You can relax over a drink, look at our menu and choose a wine for your meal and even ask us to give you a break between courses and whether you are a pudding person or decide on a Espresso or a Latte or even a made the old fashioned way, liqueur coffee to make your visit to us something you will want to do again.
