- Butternut squash & carrot soup Roasted butternut squash & carrots, sauteed with onion & a little garlic & fresh herbs. Blended and added to the vegetable base with a touch of chilli and served with fresh baguette slices.
- Prawn & crayfish cocktail Goats cheese log grilled to a golden crust, topped with warm red currant sauce and served with crunchy breadcrumbs.
- Fiesta Mushrooms Pan-fried mushrooms, with shredded smoked bacon, freshly torn basil, garlic, spinach, white wine and cream, topped with crunchy breadcrumbs.
- Char-grilled Thai Chicken Skewers Strips of chicken breast in fresh spices and herbs, marinated & char-grilled.
served with salad garnish & sweet'n'sour plum and sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Mains
- Traditional Hand Carved Roast Turkey Breast Slow roasted Sussex turkey breast with a herb & fresh bread stuffing, pig in blanket, bread sauce, cranberry sauce and mulled wine gravy, seasonal vegetables and maris piper roast potatoes.
- Oven Baked Salmon Fillet Marinated Salmon fillet, oven roasted and served topped with leek & sweet pepper stir-fry, served with saute potatoes, salad & honey & mustard dip
- Pan-roasted Lamb Shank Slow roasted and served on Dijon mash, smothered in bacon & red wine sauce with seasonal vegetables.
- Caramelised Leek, Onion & Camembert Filo Parcels Leek & onion pan-fried in butter & olive oil with thyme leaves & a touch of white wine vinegar till golden added to Camembert with pine nuts, sealed in filo parcels & baked.
